FastTick is operated by Best Clouds Technology Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question, email info@thebestclouds.net.

2. Data we collect

  • Demo requests: the name, email, phone or messaging handle, company, area of interest and message you submit, together with your IP address, language and submission time.
  • Market data accounts: if you register for the FastTick market data service, account, billing and usage data are handled as described in section 7 of the Terms of Service.
  • Cookies: a session cookie used for security (including form protection) and a language preference cookie kept for 30 days. We do not set advertising cookies.
  • Live chat: if the chat widget is shown, the chat provider processes the messages and technical data you send through it under its own policy.

3. How we use it

We use this data to respond to your enquiry and arrange demos, to provide and support our services, to protect the website against abuse (for example rate limiting and spam filtering), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website (hosting, email delivery and, where enabled, live chat), and with authorities when required by law. These providers may only use the data to provide their services to us.

5. How long we keep it

Demo request data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Security logs are kept for a shorter period.

6. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with this policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email info@thebestclouds.net.
