1. Service description
FastTick ("the Service") provides commercial customers with standardised market data queries and real-time delivery. The Service includes the REST API, WebSocket streams, the customer console and the related order, statement and invoice features.
The Service is not investment, trading or any other form of return advice. Market data may be delayed, interrupted or incorrect because of upstream venues, networks or events beyond our control. You are responsible for evaluating and bearing the risk of any trading decision based on the data.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate and valid registration details and are responsible for all activity under your account. The settlement currency (CNY or USD) is fixed at registration; prices, payment channels and invoice types are independent per currency.
Subscriptions are billed once per selected cycle and take effect on successful payment or trial activation. After expiry a grace period applies; if the subscription is still unpaid when it ends, the Service stops. Renewing restores the same token with no re-integration.
Each subscription may create a limited number of tokens. A token is the only credential for market data; it does not expire but is constrained by the subscription state. Keep tokens safe and never expose them in public repositories, client code or uncontrolled environments.
3. Pricing, payment and invoices
Prices shown on the site are the currently valid prices; the amount verified and stored server-side at checkout is authoritative. Promotions, coupons and upgrade credits are calculated per order; where they cannot be combined, the page notice applies.
CNY accounts may pay by Alipay, WeChat Pay or bank transfer; USD accounts use bank transfer or the enabled USD channels. Bank transfers require a receipt upload and are activated after finance confirms the funds, usually within one business day.
Paid orders can be invoiced from the console. CNY accounts support standard and special VAT invoices; USD accounts receive commercial invoices. Once issued, voiding or reissuing an invoice requires the materials required by tax rules.
4. Acceptable use
Within your subscription entitlements you may use the data for your own trading, research or end-user products, but you must not:
- resell, rent or lend tokens, or bypass subscription limits to redistribute raw data to third parties in bulk;
- scrape, stress-test or exploit vulnerabilities in a way that affects the platform or other customers;
- evade rate limits, forge request origins, or use tokens for unlawful, fraudulent or money-laundering purposes;
- remove copyright, source or other rights notices and then claim the data as your own.
Requests beyond the plan QPS, WebSocket connections or symbol count are rate-limited or rejected. We may suspend accounts that keep exceeding limits, behave abnormally or pose a security risk, and require remediation.
5. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable and disclose the current state of upstream sources and payment channels on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible; we are not liable for indirect losses caused by emergency security maintenance, upstream failures, network attacks or events beyond our control.
Customers with a separate service level agreement (SLA) follow the availability, response times and remedies in that contract. The public status page is not an SLA commitment.
6. Refund policy
Subscriptions are digital services paid in advance per cycle. If the Service remains unavailable for a billing cycle due to our fault and cannot be restored within a reasonable time, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused days. Refunds requested for customer-side reasons (not integrating, strategy changes, duplicate purchases) follow these rules:
- a new subscription may be refunded in full within 7 days of activation if no market data calls have been made;
- after 7 days or once usage exists, refunds are pro-rated for unused days; used time is not refunded;
- trial subscriptions, coupon-covered amounts and invoiced orders are refunded net of applicable taxes and channel fees already incurred;
- upgrade credits are returned to the original subscription balance rather than paid out in cash.
Refunds must be requested in the console and are returned to the original payment method after finance review. Bank transfers and offline payments may not be reversible; you will need to provide receiving details matching the account holder. Entitlements end as soon as the refund completes.
7. Data and privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide the Service, including account details, order and payment records, token usage logs and necessary security logs. Sensitive payment information is handled by the payment channel; we do not store full card numbers or payment passwords.
For troubleshooting, billing and security auditing we retain request identifiers, call times, token prefixes and usage statistics. We do not disclose your account data to unrelated third parties except where required by law or explicitly authorised by you.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive and store your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture, used only to create or link your account and to recognise you at sign-in. We do not read your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not send your account or usage information back to Google. Google's handling of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. To unlink your Google account, contact us using the method in section 9.
8. Disclaimer
Market data comes from multiple upstream sources and may be delayed, missing, duplicated or anomalous. We standardise and validate the data but make no express or implied warranty about its completeness, accuracy or timeliness.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, trading losses, data loss or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant subscription in the 12 months before the dispute arose.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the business or regulations change. Material changes to pricing, refunds or liability limits will be announced on the site or in the console in advance; continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, or need an enterprise purchase contract, NDA or data processing agreement, open a ticket in the console or email info@thebestclouds.net.
